PD Series Gas Dryer
PD Series Gas Dryers are multi-tube dryers for high-flow sample and process pplications. Rigid or flexible housings are available in a variety of materials up to 72 inches long. PD Series Gas Dryers can be easily incorporated into sampling systems or analyzers and are commonly used for drying samples in emissions monitoring, process monitoring and particle measurement.
DM Series Desiccant Membrane
DM Series Desiccant-membrane dryers are ideal for applications requiring portability. No power or purge gases are required. The compact sized dryer removes water vapor from a flowing gas stream for hours while leaving other components in the gas unaffected. The dryer can be reused repeatedly and can be recharged in moments by replacing its desiccant.
MH and PH Series Humidifiers
MH and PH Series Humidifiers are available in single and multiple tube units to humidify gas flows from millimeters to hundreds of liters per minute. Use either liquid water or saturated gas stream to humidify up to 100% RH. Applications include analytical humdification, particle measuremnet, fuel cells and constant-humidity chambers.
Ambi-GASS Ambient Temperature Sample Conditioning System
Ambi-GASS Systems prepare non-condensing, ambient temperature gas samples for analysis. Even when the water content of the gases is not condensing, water can interfere with analysis or contribute to corrosion and maintenance problems. Ambi-GASS systems typically provide dew points from -15 to -25C. Nafion Dryers in Ambi-GASS units provide full corrosion resistance and very high sample selectivity, so water soluble gases are not lost from complex samples. Ambi-GASS enclosures are fully sealed and corrosion resistant (NEMA 4X) allowing for mounting in harsh environments. They require no electrical power and are intrinsically safe in hazardous areas. Typical applications include ambient monitoring of humid environments such as those found at water treatment plants, landfills or in tunnels.
GASS 2040 Sampling System
The GASS-2040 conditions high-flow, high-moisture samples, eliminating acid mists or ammonia if present. It processes the toughest samples, with flows of up to 25 liters per minute and moisture contents in excess of 50%. The GASS-2040 can be mounted anywhere, including on the stack flange with an integral stack probe, which eliminates heated sample lines.
